Delete Audience

Removes an audience; returns confirmation.

Use it when a segment is finished with. It stops refreshing and its destinations stop receiving members; there is no un-archive on this surface.

Soft-delete an audience. The row stays in storage with archived_at set; snapshots, memberships, and automations cascade-cleanup on a later purge.
