Validate API Key

Verify an API key. Returns the workspace and user IDs encoded in the key when valid, or 401 when the signature does not check out. Public — no auth header required.
Use it when you are building something that accepts a FullVision key from a user and you want to reject a bad one at the point they paste it, rather than on their first real request.
