What happened

FullVision refused a proposed ads change because of a limit on how far a single change may move things.

Why it usually happens

The change breached a declared cap, or it fell inside the 24-hour cooldown that follows a previous change. Every cap number is declared upstream and restated in message word for word.

How to fix

• Read message — it names the cap that was hit.
• Reduce the size of the change.
• Wait out the cooldown.
• Split a large change across several days.
