What happened

The from and to values you passed are not a usable date range.

Why it usually happens

One of the two is not a YYYY-MM-DD date, or from falls after to.

How to fix

• Write both dates as YYYY-MM-DD — for example ?from=2024-01-01&to=2024-12-31.
• Put the earlier date in from; it must be on or before to.
• Check that both are real calendar dates.
