What happened

There is no proposal you can act on under that id.

Why it usually happens

The proposal was already applied, it expired, or it never existed. FullVision answers all three the same way on purpose.

How to fix

• Check whether the change already went through before you retry.
• Re-propose against the current state if the id is gone.
