List Experiment Metrics

Reusable measurement definitions for the workspace. A metric describes how to turn already-tracked events into a scored measure — aggregation, filters, and attribution window — and is role-free: each experiment assigns it as a goal (goal_metric_ids, "move this") or a guardrail (guardrail_metric_ids, "don't hurt this"). The same definition can be a goal in one experiment and a guardrail in another.

Use it when you are about to define a new metric. "Signup conversion" usually already exists, and reusing it makes two experiments comparable.
