Returns the latest snapshot already stored for the experiment — reading never recomputes. An upstream cron keeps that snapshot at most about one hour stale; Force a snapshot when you need fresher numbers.

Use it when you want to know whether the test has an answer yet. Read it whenever you like; decide only on the planned end date, because stopping the moment a p-value looks good is how a coin flip becomes a strategy.

recommended_action is the stop rule: act on it rather than eyeballing the lift, and a value of wait means wait — the experiment has not earned a decision yet.
