Update Experiment
Partial update. Use it when the setup needs a change. Everything is editable while it is a draft; once it is running only the name, the hypothesis and the duration are, and the duration may only be extended.
What may change depends on the experiment's status, and the gate is enforced upstream:

status is not writable in any state. State transitions go through the action routes — start, pause and stop — which own the transition guards and side effects.
On a live experiment duration_days may only extend (shortening it below days_elapsed would be a silent early stop), and variations, key, hash_attribute and the metric set are frozen because changing them reassigns already-enrolled visitors. Violations come back as 409 with a typed code (e.g. bucketing_frozen, duration_below_elapsed).
