Feasibility gate — call this before creating an experiment. Given a page_url, a goal and a duration, it measures the page's real baseline from historical traffic and answers whether the test can detect the lift you care about in the time you have. Nothing is persisted.

Use it when you have a test in mind and want to know whether it can possibly conclude in the time you have — before you build the variant.

feasible: false means do not launch: the test would run underpowered and its result would be noise whichever way it came out. The remedy is a bigger target_lift, a longer duration_days, or a higher-traffic page — not launching anyway.

Only binomial (conversion-rate) goals are supported. A mean/revenue goal is refused with 400 power_unsupported_for_metric_type rather than served a number that looks authoritative and is wrong.
