Recompute Experiment Snapshot

Recomputes the experiment's results now and stores the new snapshot. Synchronous — the compute takes a few seconds.

Use it when you want a fresh measurement computed and stored right now rather than waiting for the next scheduled one.

You rarely need this: the upstream cron keeps the stored snapshot at most about an hour stale, and Results returns that latest stored one without ever recomputing. Call this only when stale is set on the results payload, or you need numbers fresher than the cron cycle — then read them back from Results.
