engine_run_not_found

What happened

create_insight was called with a run_id that is not a running insight-engine run of this workspace.

Why it usually happens

• The run already finished, failed or was reaped after its deadline.
• The run_id belongs to another workspace.

create_insight is a Vizio-private tool: only a scheduled engine run calls it, and the runner fills run_id itself.

How to fix

• Do not retry. The run has ended; stop and write the run summary.
