What happened

No insight with that id is visible to the workspace of your key.

Why it usually happens

The id is misspelled, the insight was never targeted at this workspace, or it is not live: drafts, insights scheduled for later and expired insights are hidden, and their status cannot be changed. A key minted for a different workspace also gets this error.

How to fix

• Call list_insights (or GET /insights) with the same key to see the ids this workspace can read. Pass status=applied or status=dismissed to find insights that are no longer proposed.
• Use the key minted for the workspace the insight was sent to.

The param field is id, or insight_id when the id was sent to POST /experiments.
